Red's video should be watched by every American. Here's my attempt to fix my home town: City Council, I hereby request you all resign. Your Democratic influence is corrupting Clatskanie. With a better government at the top, the police would operate according to the law instead of a Democratic interpretation of the law and I would still have my air compressor, clothes washer, and dryer. On Sept. 16 I made two police calls, one for a bloody nose from Lloyd Jacobson and one to remove two thugs from my property at 350 NE 6th. The police failed to take a simple DNA swab of my nose and Lloyd Jacobson's head which could have provided proof of his violence resulting in an assault 4 charge. The police lied in the official report that I had refused medical service and did not mention I requested they photograph my bleeding injury which was refused. The report chides me for insisting a document assigning ownership of abandoned property to me signed by one former renter gave me the right to install new locks on the doors. This reflects police error supporting the departing renter's spouse who did not have a current rental contract since it was broken by non-payment of rent and recognized by law in a 30 day eviction notice. The police correctly told me to get a formal court eviction but should realize that is a rubber stamp and supported the law called for by my eviction notice including my right to install new locks so the squatting renter would have to get permission to enter the house to remove property instead of leaving the garage and rear door open which provided access to theives which took my equipment. More enlightened cities such as New York overthrew its Democratic leadership voting in much wiser Rudolph Giuliani who cleaned up lots of crime and corruption, so NYC doesn't appear in the linked story. Overthrowing Democratic thought could help Clatskanie in many ways. On the evil effects of Democratic thinking on the police, when I reported the air compressor theft, police refused to fingerprint remaining items from that theft and later the washer and dryer, claiming it was too much work for all but homicides and sex crimes (of which 60% are fraud cases brought by spouses in divorce wars). If the county sheriff respects fingerprinting, why doesn't Clatskanie's police? One explination by a policeman was a $500 claim is less than the rich police make every two weeks in their paychecks so it's just not worth it. Somehow that makes me wonder why I pay taxes. Apparently justice is only for the rich? On the worthlessness of the city council. With no contact information on their webpage, the city council does not represent the citizens, only themselves. I hear they email among themselves, without emailing ordinary citizens like me, developing opinions like an ingrown family of cousins marrying cousins. Like Rep. Brad Witt, they don't represent the citizens to the government, but the government to the citizens. They could serve Clatskanie better working on their own business than the city's. example, to Fultano's I wrote via Facebook (not answered) I liked your food when I was healthy, now with Diabetes 2 I realize you mostly sell poison. Why not research what is healthy for Diabetics and sell that which will be healthier for all? I suggest trying the gourmet version of Nutrisystem/D. Or are you too busy taxing and spending other people's money on the City Council? example, Ron Puzey When I was 16 my dad died and Puzey was school councilor. I asked what career to go into. He said he couldn't answer that because he might be sued. That was it - he didn't point out a set of career books to browse or offer any help whatever. Such incompetence is habitual - others like John Wilkie had their experiences. My brother noticed many senior basket ball players didn't turn out because Puzey had been playing politically popular kids and not most other team members. By not turning out they sent a message and the high school removed Puzey from being the coach. His wrong thinking is expressed even today in the last council meeting I attended not only by voting against my proposal but spending council time on a topic of interest to no one but himself. I've talked to Puzey's brother and believe if he's still alive would be a much better council member because he has a greater sense of reality. I suspect every Council Member has major imperfections like these so the council should have frequent turn-over instead of perpetual incumbents even if they retain some school or business popularity. Democratic thinking must be stamped out. Violent crime repressed by the police not pursuing it is not a legitimate way to reduce violent crime statistics. What is needed is true Christian thinking, which is absolute perfection in cooperation with God. With some of that Spirit, I correctly identified two people on my property as thugs who I eventually discovered were responsible for stealing my air compressor. I solved the crime as proven by my email trail, the police only rubber stamped it because the theif confessed, not because the police took evidence. Since Rudolph Juliani got his police force working in the right direction, I believe Right thinking can get Clatskanie's police working in the right direction. We need a whole new city council to get right thinking into all of city government. Love Truth, Kirk W.
